Infintec’s role

Infintec, a Google Partner, spearheaded Mountview’s digital transformation. From remote consultations to comprehensive staff training, Infintec ensured a seamless transition to Google Workspace for Education, vercoming geographical barriers.

The challenge

Migrating legacy mail platforms and file storage systems, Infintec facilitated seamless data sharing and remote accessibility. Through Google Meet and Chrome Remote Desktop, staff received comprehensive training, ensuring proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace tools for enhanced collaboration and productivity.

The result

Mountview experienced a surge in collaboration with Google Workspace, resulting in boosted productivity among staff. Additionally, Chrome Remote Desktop provided Infintec with seamless remote access to the campus, enabling support from any location. Transitioning to Google Workspace yielded substantial cost savings by optimizing operations and reducing overhead costs tied to legacy systems.
