Infintec spearheaded Finair’s digital transformation by crafting a bespoke AppSheet application. Leveraging Google Workspace, Infintec engineered a solution allowing real-time tracking, automated notifications, and seamless workflow management.

The challenge

Finair grappled with outdated paper-based job cards, impeding project tracking, invoicing, and material control. Inefficient team allocation, lacking integration with location and project size, led to delays. Manual processes hindered client satisfaction, productivity, and accurate data for quotes and billing, posing significant operational challenges.

The solution

Infintec built a custom AppSheet app. It assigns projects to teams based on location and project duration. The app streamlines data collection by allowing technicians to capture start/end times, work details, materials used, and client sign-offs with in-app pictures. Other built-in functions include real-time team tracking, automated notifications to stakeholders and service reminders to clients.

The result

Team workflows saw a significant boost with automated job cards, real-time tracking, and location-based project allocation. This improved internal efficiency and enhanced client satisfaction. Faster invoicing, in-app client sign-offs, and automatic service reminders ensured a smoother customer experience.
